Syracuse, N.Y. - An Onondaga County Deputy has been suspended without pay for misconduct.
The Sheriffs office received a report that 37 year old Deputy Brian Lynch dealt with a woman inappropriately that he had met during an investigation while on patrol.
Sheriffs office wont say exactly what he did but their investigation found that Deputy Lynch's conduct provided enough cause to make an arrest.
Lynch was arraigned and released.
