Syracuse, N.Y. - Vincent Apartments, the last of the large residential properties in Syracuse owned by Green National, are now under the management of Clear Investment Group.
A State Supreme Court Judge appointed them managers, after they have already taken over Chestnut Crossing, The James and Skyline apartments.
Residents of Green National properties, which were owned by Tim Green and his son Troy, have had to deal with poor living conditions and violent crime.
