Syracuse, N.Y. - Syracuse Police investigating the discovery of a body floating in the Inner Harbor. This morning around 11:30, 911 received a call about the body in the harbor off Solar Street. With the recent rains, authorities thought it might be something else that had washed down the creek. When police arrived they confirmed it was a body.
