Syracuse, N.Y. - Onondaga County Sheriffs say an inmate died at the jail Wednesday morning.
Around 1am this morning jail staff found 43 year old Patrick Miller of Syracuse unresponsive.
CPR was administered by Jail staff and nurses along with AMR Paramedics in an attempt to revive Miller but he was declared dead.
Sheriffs say he had underlying health conditions that may have led to his death.
It does not appear to be a suicide or foul play.
The State Attorney Generals Office is investigating
Miller had been arrested on warrants regarding petit larceny and possession of a controlled substance.
