Baldwinsville, N.Y. - A 17-year-old has been arrested after a domestic complaint leads to the discovery of a gun
Manlius Police investigated an illegally possessed gun complaint, stemming from a domestic incident.
They wound up searching the home of a Baldwinsville teen.
They found the loaded gun and a large capacity ammunition feeding device.
An Extreme Risk Order of Protection was sought which prohibits the teen from owning or possessing any guns, as well as an Order of Protection for the victim.
The teen was charged with Criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree, a class C felony, Criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, a class D felony, and Menacing in the second degree, a class A misdemeanor.
The teen is at the Hillbrook Detention Center.
