Phoenix, N.Y. - A Phoenix Father of 5-month-old child arrested for abuse.
24-year-old Joseph McIntyre was arrested after bringing his infant to Golisano Children’s Hospital with suspicious injuries.
Fulton Police were called after doctors determined the injuries didn't match what the parents said happened.
McIntyre faces the following charges:
- Assault 2nd degree
- Strangulation 2nd degree
- Endangering the Welfare of a Child
