Cicero, N.Y. - Town of Cicero Police arresting three juveniles, one of whom had a gun.
Monday night around 10:30, Cicero Police were called to the Walmart on Route 11 for a shoplifting incident.
When they arrived they detained the three suspects.
During a search of a 13 year old they found a loaded .357 revolver.
All three were charged with petit larceny, and the 13 year old charged with criminal possession of a firearm as well.
All were released to their parents, and will appear in Family Court
