Town of Salina, N.Y. - A man has been arrested after State Police say he attacked his wife with a knife.
Troopers say 28 year old Daniel Wagner got into a fight with his wife around 12:30 am Thursday morning in a room at Candlewood Suites, South Bay Road in the Town of Salina.
During the argument he allegedly stabbed at her several times. The woman suffered non life threatening wounds to the back and a cut to her head.
Wagner was charged with Assault 2nd degree, a class “D” felony, and Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4th degree, a class “A” misdemeanor.
