Town of Lafayette, N.Y - A Tully man is dead after an ATV crash.
State Police say 63-year-old Paul W. Swisher, from Tully, was riding an ATV on his property, when he likely suffered a medical event.
His friends and family who were also riding on the trails, came upon the overturned ATV with Swisher pinned under the ATV and unresponsive.
EMS arrived and pronounced Swisher dead at the scene.
An autopsy is scheduled to determine an official cause of death.
