UPDATE: State Police say they have identified and interviewed the individual in the photo. Troopers would like to thank the public for their assistance with this investigation.
Watertown, N.Y. - State Police are asking for the public's help in locating a man who recently shopped at the Walmart store on Route 11 in LeRay.
The man was captured on surveillance camera and witnesses said he was seen hitting and dragging a small child throughout the store on February 11th.
Both the man and the child left before the police could arrive.
