Man Arrested After Stabbing Another At Brighton Food Market

Syracuse, N.Y. - Syracuse police have arrested a man for stabbing another at the Brighton Food Market.

Officers responded to Crouse Hospital after a 24 year old man showed up stabbed multiple times.

A little after police arrived another man, 22 year old Alfred Danzy arrived with a shoulder injury.

Police discovered that it was Danzy who stabbed the man during a dispute at the food store.

The victim is in serious condition but expected to survive.
