Syracuse, N.Y. - Syracuse Police have made an arrest in a December 2022 homicide.
Christmas Eve, Officers responded to 634 Richmond Avenue where they found 19 year old Mikere Rondinello shot.
He was rushed to the hospital where he later died.
Syracuse Police have now arrested 18 year old Quess Williams of Syracuse and charged him with Second Degree Murder and Criminal Possession of a Weapon.
