Oswego County Man Arrested For Stealing 3 Vehicles In 4 Days

Parish, N.Y. - An Oswego County man has been arrested for stealing vehicles:

28 year old William Horning of Parish, faces several charges , four of them felonies, including grand larceny and unlawfully fleeing an officer. State Police say Horning allegedly stole three vehicles between January 27th and the 30th in the towns of Mexico, Amboy, and Parish.

Horning faces the following charges:

  • (2) counts of Grand Larceny 4th Degree, a class “E felony
  • (2) counts of Criminal Mischief 3rd Degree, a class “E” felony
  • Auto Stripping 3rd Degree, a class “A” misdemeanor
  • Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 4th Degree, a class “E’ felony
  • Unlawfully Fleeing an Officer in a Motor Vehicle, a class “A” misdemeanor

Horning was arraigned and remanded to Oswego County Jail without bail due to being charged with a felony and having 2 prior felony convictions
