Syracuse Police Make A Second Arrest In Syracuse's First Murder Of The Year

Syracuse, N.Y. - Syracuse Police have made a second arrest in Syracuse's first homicide of the year:

Police have arrested a 17-year-old boy for the murder of Tyrus Olgeltree. Another suspect, Vladimir Fernandez had already been arrested in connection with the homicide that took place in a home on Sunset Avenue last Saturday night.

Both the 17 year old and Fernandez face multiple charges including murder.
