Oswego, N.Y. - An Oswego County Man has been arrested for raping two children under the age of 11
42 year old Lee Cooper, of Sandy Creek has been charged with Rape in the first degree and two counts of Sexual Abuse in the first degree.
Both of the victims under the age of 11 knew Cooper. Cooper is in the Oswego County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash or $50,000 bond.
An order of protection was issued for the victims of these crimes.
This incident is still under investigation.
