Town of Clay, N.Y. - Last night around 7:30 fire crews responded to a Lawdon Street fire in the Town of Clay where they found 7-year-old Rasheam White outside the home with burns on his hands.
He told firefighters that his sister and Grandfather were still inside.
Crews found the grandfather, Anthony Wild, in a first-floor bedroom and 8 year old Nezamyah White was found dead in a second floor bedroom.
The Grandfather is listed in critically unstable condition. The boy was treated at the hospital and released.
The family's dog and cat died in the blaze. The cause is being investigated.
