Rome, N.Y. - A Rome man has been arrested for repeatedly raping an underage girl.
44-year-old Michael E. Fox is charged with abusing the underage girl in the city of Rome starting in the winter of 2020 and all through the summer of 2021.
He faces the following charges:
- (5) counts of Predatory Sexual Assault Against a Child, a class “A-II” Felony
- (3) counts of Rape 1st degree, a class “B” Felony
- (1) count of Att. Rape 1st degree, a class “C” Felony
- (2) counts of Criminal Sexual Act 1st degree, a class “B” Felony
- (2) counts of Sexual Abuse 1st degree, a class “D” Felony
- (1) count of Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a class “a” Misdemeanor.
