Town of Sandy Creek, N.Y. - State Police are investigating a homicide in Sandy Creek.
Trooper say 29-year-old Charles Rothenburg was found dead inside his home at 5863 State Route 11 in the Town of Sandy Creek.
Troopers arrested 62 year old Alva Parsons, who lived with Rothenburg for Murder in the 2nd degree.
Police are still investigating and ask that if anyone has any information about the murder to contact them.
