Syracuse Jazz Fest Returns Thursday In Clinton Square

Syracuse, N.Y. - Syracuse Jazz Fest is back starting tomorrow.

The three day festival has been on a hiatus for 5 years, but tomorrow it returns in Clinton Square with live performances from Soul and R&B groups.

Because of the festival many streets around Clinton Square will be closed to traffic starting tomorrow morning around 6:30.

You can see the closures and restrictions below.:

  • 100 Block of West Water Street, from Clinton Street to Salina Street, will be closed from Wednesday, June 22 starting at 6:30 a.m. through the afternoon on Monday, June 27. There will be no parking on this block starting Wednesday, June 22 at 6:30 a.m.
  • Clinton Street, from Genesee Street to Washington Street, will be closed from 7:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 23 through Sunday morning, June 26.
  • 200 Block of Erie Boulevard West, from Clinton Street to Franklin Street, will be closed from 7:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 23 through Sunday morning, June 26. There will be no parking on this block starting at 6:30 a.m. on Thursday, June 23.
  • 200 Block of West Water Street, from Clinton Street to Franklin Street, will become two-way from 7:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 23 through Sunday morning, June 26. There will be no parking on the north curb line starting at 6:30 a.m. on Thursday, June 23.
