Town of Constantia, N.Y - State Police have arrested a Central Square mother in the death of her 1 year old daughter.
Back on April 22nd, Troopers say 24 year old Daschalee Nelipowitz was driving drunk on Route 49 in the Town of Constantia, when she lost control, struck a ditch and went airborne, striking multiple trees.
Her daughter who was in the backseat, was rushed to the hospital where she died.
Nelipowitz faces charges of Vehicular Manslaughter, Aggravated DWI, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
Nelipowitz was remanded to the Oswego County Probation Department, with the case being held over for Grand Jury.
