Syracuse, N.Y. - New York State Police are on the look out for a man who stole a credit card and then went on a shopping spree
Troopers say the man was captured captured on a surveillance cameras and that he is wanted in a grand larceny investigation. The say the suspect is wanted for using a stolen credit card to buy about $9,000 in jewelry from Kay Jewelers at Destiny USA.
