South Korean Conglomerate Is Acquiring Bristol Myers Squibb Facility

East Syracuse, N.Y. - A South Korean global conglomerate is acquiring the Bristol Myers Squibb facility in East Syracuse. LOTTE plans to turn the site into its North American Center for Operations.

They will take over and retain all of the East Syracuse site’s operations and assets, including the property, plant, equipment, and the workforce keeping the jobs in Central New York.

The East Syracuse site will continue to operate as part of Bristol Myers Squibb’s until the closing.
