Dewitt, N.Y. - Dewitt police are investigating a man who was killed while jogging Wednesday afternoon
Police say around 2pm the jogger was on the shoulder of New Venture Gear Drive when he was struck by a large industrial fork lift .
The loader was moving construction supplies.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene and has not yet been identified.
Police continue their investigation but say at this point there's no indication that drugs or alcohol were involved.
