Syracuse, N.Y. - Syracuse Police have solved another homicide form last year.
31 year old Jaquell Bailey has been arrested for the shooting death of 29 year old Shakeale Hill.
The night of December 18th, Police responded to the 1100 block of W. Colvin Street where they found Hill shot. Hill was pronounced dead at the hospital.
Bailey who was already on parole faces 2nd degree murder and possession of a weapon charges.
