Syracuse, N.Y. - Syracuse police have arrested the person who fired a shot inside DESTINY USA.
Police say the night of March 5th, a 15 year old boy got into a fight with some other males in the Commons area of the mall and during the fight, pulled out a gun and fired. One shot struck the door of the DSW shoe store. No one was injured but a lot of shoppers were scared.
Later that week, SU Coach Jim Boeheim's wife, Juli, was held up at gunpoint by a 12 year old boy.
The suspect in the DESTINY shooting was charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Second Degree and is currently in Hillbrook Detention center.
