Town of Dewitt, N.Y. - DeWitt Police have arrested a man after he shot another during an argument.
Police say a fight broke out between several people in a parking lot on Caton Drive.
During the fight, 25 year old Jon Bryant pulled out a handgun and fired one shot striking a 38 year old.
The victim was treated and released from the hospital.
Bryant was found and arrested later. He faces several Assault 1st Degree, Criminal Use of a Firearm 1st Degree and Criminal Possession of a Weapon 2nd Degree.
Bryant also is waiting extradition out of state for 2 felony warrants.
