Syracuse, N.Y. - Some tense moments this morning as Police found a 3 year old boy wandering the streets 1400 block of Bellevue Ave around 1.
It took the police a few hours but the boys mother was finally found and he was reunited with her.
Now the mother of the child along with her boyfriend have both been charged with endangering the welfare of a child.
