Syracuse, N.Y. - Traffic note for tomorrow up in the Tipp Hill area.
The 15th Annual Tipperary Hill Shamrock Run will be held.
In order to present a safe race, portion of Coleridge Avenue, S. Avery Ave, and Ulster, Cayuga and Hamilton Streets along with North and South Wilbur Avenue from around 7 a.m. to 12:30.
There will be intermittent traffic disruptions throughout that time frame.
