Syracuse, N.Y. - If you planned on attending Green Beer Day at Coleman's on Tipp Hill Sunday, you'll have to wait. The event has been postponed due to weather.
The parade was scheduled to begin at noon Sunday but forecasted high winds and snow have made them move the event to Sunday, March 6.
They are plans to hold a special tribute to Peter Coleman, the man behind the day, and they felt the winds forecasted might interfere.
This will be the first Green Beer Day and St. Patrick's "holiday season" with Coleman who passed away in August.
