Liverpool, N.Y. - Onondaga County Sheriffs are investigating a serious crash involving a pedestrian and a single vehicle this morning.
The accident occurred on the Onondaga Lake Parkway around 11. Deputies say that a tow truck operator was securing a vehicle to his truck when he was struck by a passing vehicle.
The man was rushed to Upstate University Hospital with life-threatening injuries.
The vehicle who struck the man, and operator of the other vehicle stayed on scene and are cooperating with the investigation.
