Norwich, N.Y. - A school bus driver arrested for forcibly touching Children is facing more charges.
61 year old Douglas Webb who was a school bus driver for the Sherburne-Earlville school district, was arrested after he inappropriately touched three students, ages 14, 15 and 16.
State Police have now charged him with falsifying records after police learned Webb failed to disclose on his application to become a school bus driver, that he had a previous sex abuse conviction.
He is being charged with Offering a False Instrument for Filing 1st degree and the misdemeanor of Falsifying Business Records 2nd degree.
