Syracuse, N.Y. - The investigation continues into a stabbing in Syracuse that took the life of a 24-year-old man.
Police say the victim was initially taken to Saint Joseph's Hospital yesterday before being transferred to Upstate University Hospital where he was pronounced dead early yesterday morning.
Investigators are still trying to pinpoint where the man was attacked.
Syracuse Police are also investigating another stabbing, this one happened early this morning.
Around 4am Officers responded to an apartment at 102 Croly Street for a stabbing call, they found a 29-year-old female who was stabbed in the leg. She is expected to survive.
Police discovered that the victim was stabbed during a fight with a neighbor who had forcibly entered her apartment. 35 year old Calvin McAlpine fled the scene and police are still looking for him.
