Sherburne, N.Y. - New York State Police have arrested a bus driver for inappropriate touching of three children.
61 year old Douglas C. Webb of Sherburne was arrested and charged with Forcible Touching and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
Webb is a school bus driver at the Sherburne -Earlville School District.
Troopers say Webb inappropriately touched three students, ages 14, 15 and 16.
Webb was arrested and arraigned before a judge.
He was released on his own recognizance and the victims were issued stay away orders of protection.
