Clay, N.Y. - A man is in custody after threatening his neighbors and barricading himself inside a home in the area of Rockland Drive, off Taft road by the old Hinerwadel's in Clay.
John H. George of Rockland Drive was taken into custody without incident.
It started this morning around 7:30 when George starting making verbal threats to neighbors that involved a firearm.
George was also involved in a previous standoff incident in early November.
According to Onondaga County Sheriffs, he is being charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 3rd degree from the November 8th incident and charges are pending in regards to today’s incident.
