The Salvation Army Syracuse Area Services Red Kettle Campaign is coming up short in the final days before Christmas. Major David Dean, Director of County Operations, Onondaga County, is telling News Radio 570 WSYR, "We set a goal for $220,000 and through Monday we were at $126,000." Dean says online shopping, nice weather, and a decrease in volunteers are factors.
