New York , N.Y. - The Democratic primary for New York governor next year just got more crowded.
Representative Tom Suozzi , a two-term congressman made the announcement this morning.
Suozzi who is considered to have centrists' views enters the field that already has two declared progressives, AG Letita James and Public Advocate Jumaane Williams.
The Congressman calls himself a common sense Democrat.
Suozzi recently broke with liberal Democrats to back the re-election of Buffalo's Byron Brown.
Suozzi previously ran for governor in 2006, losing a Democratic primary to Eliot Spitzer
