Town of Dewitt, N.Y. - A Man is dead and another man is in jail following a deadly stabbing in East Syracuse.
DeWitt Investigators say Kamerin Farrier and Ortez Madison had gotten into an argument early Sunday Morning. That's when Madison stabbed Farrier in the face and chest.
Farrier was found by a DeWitt Police Officer on patrol bleeding out trying to drive himself to the hospital. He later died.
Madison is being held without bail and is arraigned on manslaughter charges.
