Assembly Judiciary Committee Releases Report

Albany, N.Y. - There's “overwhelming evidence” that's what a legislative investigation released today regarding allegations that former Gov. Andrew Cuomo engaged in sexual harassment and ordered state workers to help produce his book during work hours.

The NYS Joint Commission on Public Ethics just last week, voted 12-1 to rescind approval for Cuomo's 5.2 million dollar book deal.

The damning report also found that Cuomo’s executive chamber “substantially reised” a state report excluding the number of deaths in nursing homes residents to boost Cuomo’s reputation.
