Syracuse, N.Y. - Onondaga County Sheriff have arrested a Syracuse man for Vehicular Manslaughter.
Deputies say back in May, 40 year old Justin Maratea was driving while under the influence of drugs when he stuck the car of 61 year old Valerie Schneller of Liverpool.
The collision caused Schnellers car to roll over several times.
She died a short time later at the hospital.
