Syracuse, N.Y. - Centro announcing some good news.
Effective Monday, November 8 Centro will begin operating its Onondaga County bus service on a “modified weekday” schedule Monday through Friday. The modified schedule features a return to limited service on all Centro bus lines, increased mid-day frequency on some and earlier start times on daily transit services.
Some service and bus lines were reduced due to lack of drivers and repercussions from the COVID pandemic.
“Though our workforce is not at full capacity, it has stabilized, and we are now able to confidently restore bus service that our customers can rely on daily,” said Vice President of Business Development & Corporate Communications, Steve Koegel
