Syracuse Police Deal With Two Shootings In Broad Daylight

Syracuse, N.Y. - Syracuse Police were busy early Monday afternoon.

Around 12:30 they responded to Upstate Hospital for a shooting victim. Officers found a 30-year-old man shot in the back and leg. He's expected to survive.

Then less than 30 minutes later, they responded to Pond and Lodi Streets for reports of two cars shooting at each other.

By the time police got there the cars had fled the scene. Police did find evidence of a shots fired and several bullet casings.
