Former Assemblyman Brian Kolb Pleads Guilty To Impaired Driving

Victor, N.Y. - Former New York state Assemblyman Brian Kolb was in court today.

Kolb who was arrested in 2019 for driving while intoxicated, after a crash, pleaded guilty to impaired driving.

Kolb said he had two drinks before he drove his state owned SUV into a ditch in front of his home, New Years Eve.

Kolb stepped down as State Assembly Republican Leader after his arrest.

He was fined $500 and his license was suspended for 90 days.
