Utica, N.Y. - Quick thinking by Walmart employees and fast action by police may have averted a tragedy in Utica.
North Utica Walmart employees noticed a man acting strange and some saw what appeared to be a handgun.
They called 911. Police arrived and begin talking with 28 year old Ryan Doliver.
Police were told that he left a back pack in the store. When police opened it they found a sawed off shotgun and shells.
Doliver was arrested.
