Syracuse, N.Y. - Syracuse Police are naming the man shot to death yesterday afternoon:
26 year old Kewing Belizaire was sitting on the front porch of a home on Dablon Court in Pioneer Homes when he was shot several times in the midsection.
He was rushed next door to SUNY Upstate University Hospital where he died.
A 5-year-old girl was also hurt in the chaos. Her injuries were minor.
