Plans Unveiled For An Aquarium At Syracuse's Inner Harbor

Syracuse, N.Y. - Onondaga County Executive Ryan McMahon alongside Syracuse Mayor Ben Walsh announcing today the building of an Aquarium at the Inner Harbor in Syracuse.

McMahon says the aquarium price tag would be around 85 million dollars. He said it could boost the local economy by 50 million and create hundreds of jobs.

McMahon will present the project to the county legislature in his 2022 budget and construction could start next year.

This come after McMahon just announced a 25 million dollar investment in Soccer and Lacrosse fields at Hopkin Road Park in Salina.
