Syracuse, N.Y. -More mosquitos with the Eastern Equine Encephalitis have been found in two counties
A trap located on Island Road in the Cicero Swamp area in the town of Cicero had mosquitoes infected with Triple E. This is the same place where they found mosquitos with West Nile Virus. Onondaga County Health Department is making plans to conduct aerial spraying.
The Oswego County Health Department announced that Triple E was found in two mosquito samples in the Toad Harbor Swamp area. One in the town of Hastings and the other in the town of West Monroe.
