Liverpool, N.Y. - An Onondaga County worker has been arrested after harassing his estranged wife.
34 year old Michael Russo of Syracuse, was working for the county at the time that he drove to his estranged wife's house in a county owned truck.
He entered her home and during an argument took the woman's cell phone and left.
New York State Troopers arrested him at his work. He's charged with Criminal Mischief, Petit Larceny, Criminal Trespass and Harassment.
