Utica, N.Y. - Oneida County Sheriff’s have arrested a 35 year old Utica man for assaulting a 3 year old girl.
Investigators say on September 12 the child was brought to a hospital with a broken femur in her right leg and needed surgery.
It was discovered that Desmond Anthony, had been flipping the child in the air and letting her fall uncontrollably on furniture injuring the child.
Anthony was charged with one count each of Assault and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
