Town of Volney, N.Y. - Oswego County Sheriffs responded to a vehicle accident on 481 in the Town of Volney Thursday morning
Deputies say an SUV being driven by 70 year old Dona Desantis of Syracuse was heading south when it crossed into the north lane and slammed head on with another vehicle.
Desantis was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the other vehicle was taken to the hospital with non life threatening injuries.
