Albany, N.Y. - Kids across the Empire State will be heading back to their classrooms this week and State Police are reminding drivers about the importance of paying attention behind the wheel.
Troopers say drivers need to slow down while they're near a school and also in areas where kids get on and off the school bus. The roads are expected to be busier this year than last because most students will be learning in person instead of remotely.
You are asked to dial 911 immediately if you see anyone driving dangerously around a school bus or in a school zone
